You fill in your brand questionnaire and we talk it through on a 30-minute Brand Direction Call. Then we design one concept and refine it with you over two rounds.

We map out a first version of your process, then plan your setup with you on a 90-minute Strategy Call, writing your workflow and emails together. We build it all in Dubsado, the booking system we specialise in, with your new brand on every form.

You fill in a website questionnaire and send us your photos and video. We write the copy and design your Squarespace site alongside your booking forms, so the two match.

How payment works
The Foundation is paid in two parts, and The Edit and The Collection in three, starting with a retainer that secures your start date.
Your website arrives finished, with the copy written and every page built, so there's nothing left for you to add.

How long does it take?
About two weeks for your brand and booking system, or three with a website, once your questionnaires are in. Your start date is confirmed when your contract is signed and your retainer is paid.
How much do I need to do?
Fill in your brand questionnaire, onboarding form and website questionnaire, send us your photos and video, and join two calls: a 30-minute Brand Direction Call and a 90-minute Strategy Call. We take care of the design, the copy and the build.
Will my website be finished when you hand it over?
Yes. You send us your photos and video, and we write the copy and build every page, so it's handed over complete, with nothing left for you to add.
I already use Dubsado. Can you work with my current setup?
We rebuild it from the ground up rather than patching what's there, and move up to 10 of your existing or upcoming bookings across, so your new brand and process run cleanly through every form and workflow.
Does it work if I have a team?
Yes. You run the booking system and manage bookings for your team, and we build the setup around how your business books.
Are there any other costs?
You'll need your own Dubsado subscription by the time your build starts. Sign up through our affiliate link and you'll get 30% off your first month or first year. (If you're asked for a code at checkout, it's ARTISTRYAUTOMATED.) You'll want the Premier plan, because that's the one with automated workflows.
If your option includes a website, it lives in your own Squarespace account, so you pay Squarespace directly for a Core plan or higher, plus your domain. We connect a domain you already own.

How does payment work?
The Foundation is paid in two parts: a retainer at signing secures your start date, and the balance is due at your Strategy Call. The Edit and The Collection are paid in three: a retainer at signing, the second payment before your Strategy Call and the third later in your project, on the dates set out in your proposal.
What if I want changes?
Your brand concept includes two rounds of revisions. For your website, you'll get a recorded walkthrough, then a 30-minute call where we agree one round of revisions together.
Do I own my brand and website?
Once you've paid in full, your final brand and your website copy are yours. Your booking system and website design are licensed to you to use in your own business.
Do you write my booking contract?
We set up your contract forms in your booking system, and the wording comes from you. Hair and makeup artists can also purchase our Hair & Makeup Booking Contract template.
Can I add a blog?
Yes, with The Edit or The Collection, for $660 inc GST. We add a blog page styled to match your site, with up to 10 posts moved across from your current blog or added from copy you supply. We don't write the posts.
Can I book just one part?
Yes. Branding, a booking system setup and custom form design can each be booked on their own. Web design is only available alongside a booking system setup.
