What's a booking system?
It's the software that handles everything between a bride's first enquiry and her wedding day: your forms, proposals, contracts, invoices and emails. Some people call it a CRM. We build yours in Dubsado, the booking system we specialise in.
A new system sounds like it'll make things more stressful, not less.
That's exactly why we build it for you. Your whole job is a quiz, one call, and a testing video to watch. You see the whole thing working before you ever touch it.
Will brides be able to tell it's automated?
No. We write every email with you on the strategy call, so they're in your voice from the first draft, and mapped fields pull each bride's name, date and services in automatically.
It's a lot of money.
It's about what two or three wedding days bring in, and if anything we built doesn't work the way we mapped it, we fix it free. The system then runs for years.
What if I need it to do something new later?
The AI chat never sleeps, you get a free check-up call in your first year, and you can always book us for extra services or workflows down the track. You won't outgrow this and get stuck.

What does my "whole booking process" cover?
The 3 core services we map together on your strategy call. If you offer more, we can add them ($880 each), so nothing important sits outside your system.
I already use Dubsado. Can you fix my current setup?
We rebuild it from the ground up rather than patching what's there, and move up to 10 of your existing bookings across, so your system runs cleanly from day one.
Does it work if I have a team?
Yes. You run the booking system and manage bookings for your team, and we build it around how your business books.
Do I need Dubsado to work with you?
You will by the time your build starts, since we build the whole system inside your account, but you don't need to have it sorted before you enquire.
