Do I need Dubsado?
No. The contract works with any system, or none at all.
The Email Vault is written for Dubsado, where the smart fields fill themselves in. Anywhere else, you swap each smart field for your client's details or your own links before you send. 17 of the 64 replace Dubsado's default system emails, so those are only useful inside Dubsado.
What do I get when I buy?
A download link straight after checkout.
The Email Vault comes as a short guide with a link that copies all 64 emails into your Google Drive. The contract comes as a guide plus the contract as a PDF, which you can edit in Word or Google Docs. The Booking Essentials Kit has both.
Can I change the wording?
Yes, all of it. The contract has blanks for your fees, notice periods and state, and notes on the key sections that show as comments when you open the PDF in a reader like Acrobat. The emails are yours to rewrite in your own voice.
Is the contract legal advice? I'm not in Australia.
It's a template and doesn't replace legal advice. It's written for Australian hair and makeup artists and refers to the Australian Consumer Law, so once you've made it yours, have a lawyer check it complies with the laws where you work.
If you work outside Australia, you can still start from it and have a local lawyer adapt it.
Can I get a refund?
Because these are digital downloads, we can't offer refunds for change of mind. If something isn't working, let us know and we'll help.
Can I share them?
They're licensed for use in your business only, so please don't share or resell them.
