Yes. We design all forms directly inside Dubsado, so you will need a Dubsado account for us to build and format your form. If you are brand new, we can help you set up a free trial to get started. And if you want help setting up your entire Dubsado system (with workflows, automations, and unlimited custom forms) our Signature Setup covers the whole thing from start to finish.

If you already have a logo, colours, and a vibe, amazing. If not, we offer a Signature Brand Kit to help you level-up your visuals, so your client experience feels cohesive and professional before we dive into form design.

Once we have your completed intake questionnaire, we will have your forms ready within 3-5 days. We keep things simple, efficient, and as quick as possible without cutting corners.

CSS is the code we use to style your forms and make them look extra polished inside Dubsado. It lets us tweak the layout, fonts, spacing, and colors so your forms feel branded and professional, way beyond the standard Dubsado look. You do not need to know anything about coding (we take care of it all behind the scenes).

Of course. We collect all the key details upfront so your forms are spot on from the start, but you’ll still have a round of revisions included in case you want to tweak anything. If you need extra changes later, we’re happy to chat about options.
